Once you request your booking, I'll send you my Service Agreement and a payment link for your non-refundable deposit.
Once you sign the agreement and make your deposit, your booking is confirmed! Then finally...
I'll do my best to help every child have a fantastic time at your event. Then, I'll follow-up later to get your feedback.
For birthday parties, about 10 guests can be painted per hour. Generally if you expect 10 children or less, one hour is fine. For 10-20 guests I recommend two hours, and if you expect more than 20, please contact me. For other events, an average of 10-15 guests can be painted per hour, depending on the complexity of the desired designs.
For birthday parties, I collect a $45 deposit to reserve your date, which will be applied as a credit towards your final booking fee. For other events, the deposit is $75. Once your deposit is received, your date is officially booked!
I know things come up sometimes, and that’s okay. To keep things fair for everyone, I require a 48-hour notice for any changes. If you have to reschedule, I’ll be happy to move the date with no extra charge. If you have to cancel, I’ll refund your deposit.
Please note that without 48 hours notice, I will not be able to refund your deposit in case of a cancellation, and I will require an additional deposit to reschedule.
